Fruit Roll Ups
A great way to use left over fruit.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Place fruit into a saucepan and cook on medium for ten minutes.
  2. Add lemon juice to fruit, 1/2 tablespoon for 2 cups of fruit.
  3. Add sugar to taste.
  4. Put fruit in a heat safe blender or food processor or use an immersion blender to process fruit until smooth.
  5. Pour fruit mixture onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in a 170 degree oven until the center is dry. Remove pan from oven and allow to cool completely.
  7. Leaving parchment paper on, cut into strips and roll.
  8. Store in a plastic storage bag.
